Assistant Officer / Officer - Accounts

Maintain daily depot accounts, cash book, sales records and collection statements.

Receive and record sales proceeds from dealers/customers as per company policy.

Ensure timely deposit of collected cash into the designated company bank account.

Ensure accurate physical stock and system/book stock reconciliation.

Maintain proper FIFO/FEFO practices and monitor stock ageing.

Ensure timely and accurate product delivery to dealers and customers.

Coordinate with Sales, Transport, Factory, Accounts and Head Office for smooth distribution.

Prepare and maintain Delivery Orders, Challans, Gate Passes, invoices and other required documents.

Monitor loading, unloading and vehicle movement.

Ensure minimum product damage, shortage, wastage and delivery discrepancies.

Maintain proper custody and security of company products, cash, documents and assets.

Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.

Age At least 20 yearsOnly Male Candidate have a need computer skills.
