Promote and sell Feed (Poultry/Cattle/Fish Feed) products to existing and new customers.
Maintain and expand relationships with distributors, dealers, and Farmers.
Track feed sales performance and develop strategies to meet targets.
Ensure regular follow-ups with customers to ensure consistent sales.
Day One Chicks (DOC) Sales:
Promote and sell Day One Chicks (DOC) products to existing and new customers.
Maintain and expand relationships with distributors, dealers, and Farmers.
Track DOC sales performance and develop strategies to meet targets.
Ensure regular follow-ups with customers to ensure consistent sales.
Fish Fry Sales:
Focus on increasing the sales of Fry to Fish Farmers.
Build strong relationships with hatcheries, farms, and farmers to enhance Fry sales.
Maintain knowledge of the latest trends in Fish farming and Fry requirements.
Party Hunting:
Identify and engage potential new clients, including large-scale Farms and businesses.
Conduct market research to identify prospective customers and sales opportunities.
Organize and participate in sales meetings, promotional events, and demonstrations to build brand awareness and increase sales.
Sales Targets & Reporting:
Work toward achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Analyze market trends, competition, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies.
Customer Service:
Provide timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries, complaints, and issues.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and foster long-term customer relationships.
Marketing Support:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns, advertisements, and promotional materials.
Assist in organizing marketing events, product launches, and trade exhibitions.
Age At least 25 yearsOnly Male Previous experience in sales & marketing within the Feed industry is highly preferred.Strong understanding of Feed , DOC and Fish Fry sales.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
