Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Operations Specialist to join our team and help drive day-to-day business operations, sales performance, and live-streaming activities.

Job Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate daily operational activities to ensure smooth business operations.
Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies, team action plans, and performance improvement initiatives.
Monitor sales performance, analyze results, and provide regular reports and recommendations.
Coordinate and support live-streaming operations, including planning, scheduling, team coordination, and performance optimization.
Work closely with the marketing, sales, and content teams to improve customer engagement and conversion.
Support the development and execution of online promotional campaigns and sales activities.
Identify operational challenges and provide practical solutions to improve efficiency.
Maintain effective communication with team members, management, and external partners.
Ensure company policies, sales processes, and operational standards are properly implemented.

Job Requirements

Age 26 to 35 years Proven experience in operations, sales management, or a related position.Experience working in the Internet / E-commerce / Digital industry is required.Previous experience managing and leading a sales team.Practical experience with live-streaming operations, live commerce, or social media platforms.Strong communication, coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.Good understanding of online sales and digital marketing.Experience in the cosmetics, beauty, skincare, or personal care industry is highly preferred.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
