Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming and outgoing client calls professionally.
Provide accurate information about clinic services.
Conduct client follow-up and appointment reminder calls.
Listen to client queries and resolve or escalate issues appropriately.
Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and client feedback.
Ensure client confidentiality and follow organizational policies.
Collect and communicate client feedback for service improvement.
Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

Only Female 1/2 years working experience in Call Center will be given preferenceCandidates should be polite, nice voice tone, active listener & cordial with client.Computer proficiency will be given preference.Good communication skills in BengaliProficiency in smart phone usage for work-related tasks.
