Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing client calls professionally.
- Provide accurate information about clinic services.
- Conduct client follow-up and appointment reminder calls.
- Listen to client queries and resolve or escalate issues appropriately.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and client feedback.
- Ensure client confidentiality and follow organizational policies.
- Collect and communicate client feedback for service improvement.
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
Only Female 1/2 years working experience in Call Center will be given preferenceCandidates should be polite, nice voice tone, active listener & cordial with client.Computer proficiency will be given preference.Good communication skills in BengaliProficiency in smart phone usage for work-related tasks.
