Assistant Manager, Supply Chain Management (Pharmacy)

Employment Type: 1 year contract (extendable)
Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure end-to-end performance of all MSB pharmacy operations by translating organizational strategy into standardized operational plans, measurable targets, and consistent service quality across all sites.

• Maintain uninterrupted availability of essential medicines through effective forecasting, procurement planning, stock optimization, batch and expiry tracking, and system-based inventory visibility.

• Revenue, Financial & Business Performance Management

• People Management, Stakeholder Coordination & Continuous Improvement

• Ensure Regulatory Compliance & Quality Governance

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare pharmacy supply chain preferably in a hospital or clinical setting.Strong working knowledge of GMP, SOPs, FEFO/FIFO principles, and pharmacy ERP systems.Experience in IT software, MS Office, and digital reporting.
