Dy.Manager / Manager (Store & Inventory)

A leading power engineering company in Bangladesh is seeking a dynamic professional for immediate recruitment to support its continuous growth and expansion.

Job Location: Factory, Savar (Near DEPZ)

Major Responsibilities:

• Optimize Inventory & Storage Operations: Oversee the accurate storage, safety, and organization of all materials using a modern Inventory Management System (IMS) to ensure data integrity and maximize space utilization.

• Control Material Wastage & Loss: Implement strict inventory control measures to minimize material wastage, prevent shrinkage, and maintain optimal stock levels across the warehouse.

• Manage Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all incoming and outgoing store materials are meticulously inspected, properly recorded, and fully documented to maintain audit-ready transparency.

• Streamline Cross-Functional Supply Chain: Collaborate closely with internal departments to facilitate the timely, efficient delivery of all raw materials in strict accordance with approved requisitions.

• Policy Development & Continuous Improvement: Establish, update, and refine standard store and inventory management policies, planning frameworks, and operational procedures through regular reviews to boost efficiency.

• Execute Audits & Stock Reconciliation: Conduct systematic physical verification and regular inventory reconciliation to eliminate discrepancies between physical stock and system records.

• Generate Data-Driven Insights: Prepare and analyze comprehensive monthly reports detailing inventory flow, turnover rates, and stock movements to support strategic decision-making.

• Foster Interdepartmental Coordination: Maintain proactive communication and robust cooperation with all relevant organizational departments to resolve store issues swiftly and align operations.

Experience: 10 years of experience in Store & Inventory management in manufacturing sector.
