Job Context

Job Responsibilities
- Open new distribution channels for the sales & business growth.
- Achieve daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets.
- Prepare and implement the strategic plan to ensure sales growth.
- Visit distributor points regularly in order to check stock with software.
- Assess sales performance of team members according to KPIs.
- Monitor competitor’s activities and report to management.
- Work closely with Marketing Officers in the market.
- Find out outlets & markets that are out of coverage and ensure 100% coverage in the territory.
- Discover sales opportunities through consumer and customer research.
- Prepare and submit sales reports to the management.
- Lead, inspire and develop a high performing sales team fostering a culture of accountability and selling excellence.
