Job Description
- Assist in the overall daily operations of the branch.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a premium shopping experience.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and branch KPIs.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance.
- Maintain product display, visual merchandising, and store presentation standards.
- Monitor stock movement, stock accuracy, and minimize inventory loss.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve service-related issues professionally.
- Prepare daily sales reports, cash reports, and operational documentation.
- Ensure proper cash handling and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational standards of the outlet.
- Coordinate with the Head Office regarding sales, stock, manpower, and operational matters.
- Participate in training programs and develop leadership and branch management skills.
- Perform any other responsibilities assigned by management.
