Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Officer/ Sr. Officer at Bangladesh Psychiatric Care Ltd., located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Marketing Officer/ Sr. Officer will work closely with the management team to ensure that marketing efforts align with the company’s goals and mission.

Job Description:

Implements marketing campaigns that enhance the organization`s brand and increase community awareness.
Communicating & Maintains relations with Doctors, hospitals, and other referral sources in order to generate new patients.
Conduct outreach clinics to showcase center capabilities in the community.
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing organizational events and programs.
Develop comprehensive marketing plan for the corporate segment, evaluate the business opportunities
and translate them to clear-cut working plan.
Run effective outreach community program among identified educational institutions.
Coordinate with internal consultants to promote mental healthcare program.
Assessing strategic partnership opportunities for marketing initiatives.
Managing relationships with the the wider community.
Manages census to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
Track and report on marketing activities and outcomes.
Foster relationships with community organizations and partners.
Ensuring excellent customer service through regular client follow up.
