Sr. Manager/ Manager - Bid Management

• Identify, monitor, evaluate, and manage tender opportunities from government, public sector, enterprise, and private-sector organizations.

• Manage the complete lifecycle of Tender, RFP, RFQ, EOI, OTM, and other procurement processes.

• Analyze tender documents, eligibility requirements, technical specifications, BOQ, evaluation criteria, and contractual conditions.

• Bid/No-Bid evaluation based on business potential, eligibility, capability, competition, risk, and profitability.

• Manage complete tender submission through e-GP including document preparation, uploading, submission, modification, and tracking.

• Need to submit compliance documents to MyGov and wherever required.

• Prepare and coordinate technical and commercial.

• Prepare compliance matrices, bid plans, submission checklists, and proposal schedules.

• Coordinate with Business Development, Technical, Operations, Finance, Procurement, Legal, HR, and Management teams.

• Coordinate with technology partners, OEMs, subcontractors, and JV/consortium partners when required.

• Coordinate BOQ analysis, costing, pricing, resource costing, commercial assumptions, and profitability.

• Track tender opening, clarification, evaluation, negotiation, award, and contract-signing stages.

• Maintain an updated bid pipeline and prepare management reports on bid status, value, win rate, and revenue potential.

• Previous experience working in a Business Development (BD) team

• Relevant experience in tender preparation, submission, and bid management

5+ years of relevant experience in Bid Management, Tender Management, Proposal Management, Pre-Sales, Procurement, or Business Development.Proven experience in managing government and enterprise tenders in Bangladesh.Hands-on experience in both e-GP and MyGov is mandatory.Strong knowledge of Bangladesh government tendering and procurement procedures.Good understanding of PPR and public procurement practices.Excellent communication skills in Bangla and English.Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Ability to manage multiple bids under tight deadlines.Experience in BPO/ITES, software and Training will be an advantage.
