Coordinate end-to-end training operations including trainee enrollment, batch management, scheduling, attendance, assessments, and successful completion of training programs.
Conduct trainee outreach, promotional campaigns, screening tests, interviews, and admission processes to achieve enrollment targets.
Liaise with trainers, project stakeholders, PIU (Project Implementation Unit) representatives, employers, and internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of training activities.
Maintain all training-related documentation, compliance records, reports, registers, and project forms as per project requirements.
Monitor training quality, trainee performance, training facilities, and support project monitoring, audit, and evaluation activities.
Support trainee placement, employer engagement, and post-training follow-up to achieve project employment targets.
Arrange Trainee assessment with NSDA, TVET or any other regulator body.
1 to 2 years of relevant experience in training coordination, skills development, TVET, workforce development, learning & development, or donor-funded projects.Previous experience in SEIP Project will be treated as an added advantage.Experience in NSDA, BACCO, SICIP, NHRDF, ASSET, UCEP, BRAC, Swisscontact, BASIS, or similar skills development programs will be highly preferred.Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills. Good report writing and documentation skills in both Bangla and English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
