Job Description

Plan and Execute Hybrid rice seed production activities as per company requirements
Day to day field monitoring and ensuring hybrid rice seed production activities during the growing season
Ensure all field QC related matters and post harvest activities (Field to pacca Chatal)
Prepare Budget and maintain all types accounts ledger of the whole project
Report to AGM (Seed) in regular basis work under the supervission of HOO(Seed)
To oversee the different seed production activities at the Block level
Manpower planning and deploy them at block level
Responsible for overall Management of regular and contractual manpower, daily and contractual laborer and to maintain their pay roll system during the season
Assist to company audit team for clarity
Perform GOT (Grow Out Test) and prepare report emphasize on field QC and varietal purity to the Head of Operation (Seed)
Collaboration with Contract Growers (if any) and their field for smooth operation and quality seed production
To take responsibilities of all post- harvest operation to dry and clean the seeds at Chatal(sunning floor)
Liaison with SPC manager and send all seeds to SPC at timely manner
Any other stipulated works assigned by company management
