Educational Requirements: Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in one of the following disciplines (in order of preference):B.Sc. in Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE) (Most Preferred): Strong knowledge of production planning, manufacturing processes, quality control, and operational efficiency.B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering: Highly preferred, especially for candidates with knowledge of liquid, chemical, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, or FMCG manufacturing processes.B.Sc. in Industrial Chemistry / Applied Chemistry: Suitable for production operations, process control, formulation, quality assurance, and chemical manufacturing.

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise daily production activities to ensure production targets are achieved.
Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with company standards.
Coordinate with the Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Prepare daily and monthly production reports and maintain accurate production records.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity, reduce waste, and optimize operational efficiency.

Job Requirements
