Job Description

Monitor receivable (Accounts) and follow up regularly.
Check and ensure all collected/remitted amounts are deposited into the company bank account on daily/weekly basis.
Resolve discrepancies in receivable accounts.
Prepare daily and monthly collection reports for management.
Highlight overdue (accounts) and recommend collection strategies.
Support management with receivable data for cash flow planning.
Prepare bank reconciliation statements and conducting banking related tasks.
Depot Collection/Cash in Hand monitoring and visit depot office as and when required.
Any other tasks assigned by management.
