Department: Law
Job Responsibilities

Ensuring execution of all works of law related procedures of law department.
Vetting of land documents, finding flaws and providing opinion regarding purchase of land or agreement related to landowner
Follow up the court cases and provides alternative solution
Maintaining record of land documents.
Drafting different types of agreements i.e MOU, development agreement, irrevocable power of attorney, deed of sale etc.

Job Requirements

Age 26 to 28 years Excellent communication skillsSelf-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environmentIn-depth knowledge of the industry and its current issues.Candidates with previous experience in real estate or reputed organizations will be given preference
