Job Responsibilities
Transform concepts into compelling visual communication across multiple platforms.
Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and cross-functional teams from concept development to final execution.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh, innovative ideas.
Design engaging marketing materials for digital campaigns, social media, print, branding, and corporate communication.
Ensure consistency in brand identity across all touchpoints.
Stay updated with emerging design trends, AI-powered creative tools, and modern advertising practices.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Prepare artwork for both digital publishing and high-quality print production.
Age 28 to 30 years 4-6 years’ experience in relevant fieldAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.Hands-on experience with AI-powered creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, or similar platforms.Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.Knowledge of photography, image retouching, and pre-press production.Excellent communication skillsSelf-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environmentIn-depth knowledge of real estate industry and its current issues
