Job Description

Job Context

We are looking for an Inventory Officer (Construction) at MG Properties Ltd. a concern of Mohammadi Group. He has to receive and issue goods. Manage stock levels and distribute supplies from stock and maintain stock records using ERP.

Responsibilities

Verify, receive and record all incoming materials in accordance with purchase orders.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records in the ERP.
Ensure adequate stock levels are maintained at all times to meet operational demands.
Monitor and track stock levels to avoid understocking or overstocking, and identify items nearing their reorder levels.
Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile with system records to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
Maintain detailed logs of stock movements and consumption.
Inspect incoming goods for correct quantity and quality, and conformity with purchase specifications.
Record detailed notes for every delivery or invoice received in the ERP.
Ensure storage areas are organized, clean, and compliant.
Compile and submit accurate reports on stock levels, inventory usage, and monthly expenditure for management review.
Maintain site petty cash
Coordinate with the finance and procurement departments for invoice reconciliation and budget tracking.
Implement best practices for inventory management, minimizing waste, loss, and expiry of stock.
Support internal and external audits by providing necessary inventory documentation and reports.
Handling any other purchase-related tasks assigned by the management.
