• Technical Oversight: Reading and analyzing technical blueprints, ensuring structures align with architectural designs.

• Quality & Safety: Conducting routine checks on materials (steel, concrete) and enforcing OSHA or local safety standards.

• Project Coordination: Scheduling and directing laborers, subcontractors, and communicating progress to the Project Manager.

• Problem Solving: Addressing structural or logistical issues that arise during construction and recommending on-the-spot adjustments.
