1. Processing monthly TA/DA bills of field officers of the sales department, verification, approval for timely payment of bills.
2. Completing the final settlement and documentation process of the field employees who have resigned from the sales department.
3. Performance appraisal of SPOs, MPOs, daily attendance, movement, activities monitoring, scheduling and submitting reports.
4. Coordinating with One ICT for ERP and APS-related work for the purpose of digitalization or technological development of the sales department and related activities.
5. Completing the appropriate process for on board new distributors and canceling distributors.
6. Completing the process of timely payment of additional (other than normal bonus) bonuses/incentives/gifts announced for distributors.
7. Collecting monthly travel plans of Regional Heads/Sales Managers, informing/processing the department head, monitoring travel and submitting reports.
8. Processing and maintaining updated information on joining, promotion, transfer and dismissal of sales department employees.
9. Providing administrative and other necessary support to sales department field employees and maintaining and updating all documents.
10. Properly processing all distributor applications.
11. Sending approval letters to distributors/field officers.
12. Also, properly performing any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Age 24 to 35 years Experience in Data Science/Data analytics is preffered for this posotion.At least 2 years proven experience in relevant field.Presentable and professional appearance is required.
