Officer - QA (Slaughterhouse)

• Oversee on-line quality-related activities to ensure compliance with established standards and regulations.

• Conduct inspections of raw materials, packaging materials and finished products to ensure adherence to required standards.

• Prepare comprehensive reports for management on quality assurance metrics and findings.

• Coordinate production planning activities in alignment with customer demand and company objectives.

• Supervise and manage production line operations, including employee management, finished goods, and by-product handling.

• Calculate production metrics on a line-by-line basis and maintain accurate records in our ERP system.

• Coordinate the production, packing, freezing and loading of intermediate and main product items.

• Generate reports and prepare documentation for delivery, including updating records and issuing necessary documentation on time.

Minimum 2 years of previous experience in a similar role within the food processing or slaughtering industry is highly preferred.Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and methodologies.Proficiency in using ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to food safety and quality assurance is a plus.
