Officer/ Senior Officer (Store-transport)

• Monitor and update stock inventory status.

• Oversee store management activities and maintain accurate records.

• Perform data entry in ERP system: handle requisitions, material receiving, material issues, vendor invoices, customer invoices, sales orders, internal consumption, etc.

• Receive demands from SBUs and fulfill them according to necessity.

• Track wrong supply and return spare parts reports.

• Prepare damage and non-moving items reports.

• Track requisition versus delivery performance

Strong verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with vendors, engineers, and other stakeholders.Proficiency in ERP systems for managing inventory and procurement processes.Strong Excel skills for reporting and data analysis.Ability to handle issues such as wrong supply, damaged goods, and non-moving items, and find solutions promptly.Capable of conducting physical inspections of inventory and store supplies.
