Executive/Sr. Executive, QA (Slaughterhouse)

• Support the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the Food Safety Management System (FSMS) in compliance with FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, HACCP and GMP requirements.

• Ensure compliance with HALAL certification requirements and customer-specific quality and food safety standards.

• Develop, review and maintain QA/FSMS documents, SOPs, procedures and records.

• Conduct gap assessments, internal audits and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.

• Coordinate certification audits, customer audits and regulatory inspections.

• Monitor raw materials, in-process and finished products to ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards.

• Investigate product non-conformities and customer complaints and recommend corrective actions.

• Conduct food safety and quality training to enhance employee awareness and compliance.

• Coordinate with Production and other departments to ensure effective implementation of quality and food safety requirements.

• Prepare quality reports, monitor quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

3-6 years previous experience in a similar role within the food processing or slaughtering industry is highly preferred.Practical knowledge of FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, FSMS, and HALAL compliance.Experience in handling certification audits, customer audits and regulatory inspections.Internal Auditor certification in ISO 22000/FSSC 22000 will be an added advantage.
