Officer / Sr. Officer - Marketing

Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Officer/ Sr. Officer at Bangladesh Psychiatric Care Ltd., located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Marketing Officer/ Sr. Officer will work closely with the management team to ensure that marketing efforts align with the company’s goals and mission.

Job Description:

• Implements marketing campaigns that enhance the organization's brand and increase community awareness.
• Communicating & Maintains relations with Doctors, hospitals, and other referral sources in order to generate new patients.
• Conduct outreach clinics to showcase center capabilities in the community.
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing organizational events and programs.
• Develop comprehensive marketing plan for the corporate segment, evaluate the business opportunities
• and translate them to clear-cut working plan.
• Run effective outreach community program among identified educational institutions.
• Coordinate with internal consultants to promote mental healthcare program.
• Assessing strategic partnership opportunities for marketing initiatives.
• Managing relationships with the the wider community.
• Manages census to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Track and report on marketing activities and outcomes.
• Foster relationships with community organizations and partners.
• Ensuring excellent customer service through regular client follow up.

Age At least 22 years Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of experiences in the related field.Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Experience in the healthcare industry is an advantage.
