We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Executive–HR to join our team. If you have strong expertise in payroll management and HR operations, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strong knowledge of payroll processing and HR operations.
* Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement.
* Verify attendance, biometric records, leave, overtime, and shift data before payroll processing.
* Prepare payroll inputs, including allowances, deductions, incentives, bonuses, and final settlements.
* Generate monthly payroll reports, HR MIS, and salary-related analytical reports for management.
* Handle employee queries regarding salary, attendance, leave, deductions, and benefits.
* Support recruitment, onboarding, employee confirmation, transfer, promotion, and separation processes.
* Monitor biometric attendance systems and ensure data accuracy.
* Assist in annual salary reviews, increment processing, HR audits, and other HR operational activities.
*Perform any other HR-related duties assigned by management.
*Complaints & grievance handling, Latter writing.
*Duty roster management.
*HR documentation & Employee relations.
Requirements:
* Hands-on experience with HRIS, payroll, and biometric attendance systems.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced functions preferred).
* Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
