ROLE OVERVIEW
The Sales & Marketing Promotion Executive is responsible for promoting UNICARE's diagnostic, consultation and wellness services in the community, generating leads and converting them into loyal patients through effective marketing and relationship building.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Promote diagnostic, consultation, wellness packages & membership programs.
- Visit local doctors, pharmacies, clinics, schools, colleges, corporate offices and residential complexes.
- Generate leads and follow up to convert them into appointments and sales.
- Provide information about services, packages and offers to prospective patients.
- Organize and support health camps, awareness programs and promotional activities.
- Maintain daily activity reports, lead registers and feedback records.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and report performance regularly.
- Build long-term relationships with doctors, partners and community stakeholders.
Department: Sales, Marketing & Community Promotion
Reports To: In-Charge/Unit Manager/Head of Marketing
Need 2-3 years experience in relevant field.Good communication, presentation & interpersonal skills.Proficient in MS Office and digital tools.Target-driven with a strong passion for sales & marketing.Well-organized, detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks.Honest, proactive and able to maintain confidentiality.
