Job Description

  • Area survey (with in the demarcated area) for finding potential customers.

  • Achieving yearly target of loan disbursement and collection.

  • Equal importance for all loan’s realization upon his/her responsibility.

  • Provide necessary quality service to the clients.

  • Maintain good official relationship with the client.

  • Prepare loan proposal and collect necessary documents of the enterprise.

  • Prepare Fund utilization and necessary reports of the enterprise.

  • Analysis of financial status (Profit and loss A/c, Balance sheet and ratio analysis) to evaluate the credit worthiness of the borrower.

  • Analysis of the entrepreneur, guarantor, and other security.

  • Ensure proper documentation before disbursement.

  • Assist to find correct valuation of mortgage land and complete mortgage process.

  • Maintaining and updating office files and registrar.

  • Have in depth analysis of the market / industry and provide feedback for the development & revision Loan product & policy on a regular basis.

  • Maintain good /cordial relation with the entire clients of your branch.

  • Reporting periodically to the concerned management

  • Perform any assigned job as and when required.

  • Ensure full compliance with all in-place AFPLC policies & procedures and with audit recommendations.

  • Arrange different literacy programs and attend BB meeting and other forums (If required).

Job Requirements

Age At least 25 years Experience: 2 to 5 years in Banks or FI
