Business Coordinator / Sr. Business Coordinator (Contractual)- Deposit Mobilization

• Achieve monthly and yearly deposit target and portfolio growth.

• Building relationship with potential clients and maintaining relationship with existing ones

• Ensure retention of mature encashment and reduction of premature encashment.

• Perform daily sales visit and report to the Head of Deposit Mobilization.

• Ensure proper service to the customers.

• Check and submit deposit form to operation department and ensure correction of information in the form from team.

• Resolve team liability audit/compliance issues, integrity issues and disciplinary issues.

• Update team`s Daily Visit Plan and Monthly business projection.

• Visit potential customers with team members.

• Any other tasks from the Department Head.
