Maintain and update candidate databases accurately and regularly.
Collect, verify, and organize candidate CVs, documents, and records.
Coordinate with employers, recruiters, and candidates regarding job placement activities.
Match candidate profiles with suitable job opportunities based on qualifications and experience.
Prepare placement reports, candidate lists, and database summaries for management.
Follow up with candidates and employers regarding interview schedules, selection status, and deployment processes.
Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and timely updating of all candidate information.
Assist in preparing recruitment-related documents, reports, and presentations.
Support the department in achieving placement targets and operational objectives.
Perform other administrative and coordination duties assigned by management.
Age 28 to 45 years • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Good knowledge of database management and record keeping. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. • Good organizational and coordination abilities. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
