ROLE OVERVIEW

The Assistant Manager - Sales & Marketing is responsible for planning, leading and monitoring sales & marketing activities, managing the team, achieving targets and ensuring effective market presence and customer engagement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
Plan, lead and monitor field activities of the team to ensure target achievement.
Recruit, train, motivate and evaluate team members for performance improvement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacies, institutions and corporate clients.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities and identify growth opportunities.
Prepare reports, presentations and performance dashboards for management review.
Ensure compliance with company policies, brand guidelines and standard operating procedures.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for effective campaigns and service promotions.
Manage budgets, promotional expenses and ensure cost-effective utilization.
Drive membership enrollment, corporate tie-ups and community engagement programs.

Job Requirements

Need 5-7 years experience in relevant field.Strong leadership, communication & interpersonal skills.Proven track record in team management and achieving sales targets.Good knowledge of healthcare services is an advantage.Proficient in MS Office and reporting tools.Well-organized, detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks.Honest, proactive and able to maintain confidentiality.
