ROLE OVERVIEW
The Assistant Manager - Sales & Marketing is responsible for planning, leading and monitoring sales & marketing activities, managing the team, achieving targets and ensuring effective market presence and customer engagement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Plan, lead and monitor field activities of the team to ensure target achievement.
- Recruit, train, motivate and evaluate team members for performance improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacies, institutions and corporate clients.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities and identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare reports, presentations and performance dashboards for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, brand guidelines and standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for effective campaigns and service promotions.
- Manage budgets, promotional expenses and ensure cost-effective utilization.
- Drive membership enrollment, corporate tie-ups and community engagement programs.

Need 5-7 years experience in relevant field.Strong leadership, communication & interpersonal skills.Proven track record in team management and achieving sales targets.Good knowledge of healthcare services is an advantage.Proficient in MS Office and reporting tools.Well-organized, detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks.Honest, proactive and able to maintain confidentiality.
