ROLE OVERVIEW

The Customer Care Executive is responsible for handling patient inquiries, providing accurate information about our services, addressing concerns and ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience for every patient.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, social media and in-person with professionaliam and empathy.
• Provide accurate information about our services, test packages, reports and appointments.
• Assist patients in booking appointments and managing schedules.
• Follow up and ensure timely report delivery and feedback collection.
• Handle complaints and resolve issues with a positive and solution-oriented approach.
• Maintain patient records and update data accurately in the system.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure seamless patient support.
• Promote UNICARE services and health packages to walk-in and calling patients.

Excellent communication skills in Bengali & EnglishPleasant voice and friendly personalityGood knowledge of MS Office and basic computer skillsStrong listening skills and problem-solving abilityPrevious experience in customer service will be an advantageHonest, patient and team-oriented
