ROLE OVERVIEW
The Customer Care Executive is responsible for handling patient inquiries, providing accurate information about our services, addressing concerns and ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience for every patient.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, social media and in-person with professionaliam and empathy.
- Provide accurate information about our services, test packages, reports and appointments.
- Assist patients in booking appointments and managing schedules.
- Follow up and ensure timely report delivery and feedback collection.
- Handle complaints and resolve issues with a positive and solution-oriented approach.
- Maintain patient records and update data accurately in the system.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure seamless patient support.
- Promote UNICARE services and health packages to walk-in and calling patients.
