Job Description

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide support in the development, configuration, and maintenance of programme specific data collection tools using KoBoToolbox, ODK, and Zite Management platforms.

  • Conduct orientations and provide technical guidance to implementing partners, field staff, and relevant stakeholders on the use of developed data collection and management tools.

  • Support data collection processes and overall information management activities, including data entry, encoding, storage, cleaning, processing, and preliminary analysis of collected data at the field level.

  • Assist the Senior Information Management/GIS Assistant in the creation and maintenance of live monitoring files through API based connections between Excel and KoBo/ODK/Zite Management platforms.

  • Support the development of information products, including factsheets, Power BI–based interactive dashboards, narrative reports, and other visual or analytical outputs, under the guidance of the Senior IM/GIS Assistant.

  • Assist field teams in adhering to Cash for Work (CfW) data collection processes, including the creation and verification of CfW participant profiles.

  • Manage CfW profiles in compliance with IOM policies, data protection standards, and programmatic principles.

  • Share CfW related data and information with Camp Managers and other authorized stakeholders upon request, ensuring compliance with established data sharing protocols.

  • Maintain and monitor the CfW attendance management platform, providing technical support to field colleagues and ensuring accuracy and consistency of records.

  • Prepare CfW payment slips and financial estimations for planning and financial management purposes, in line with IOM policies and procedures.

  • Produce and disseminate CfW baseline reports, routine information management products, and other analytical outputs as required.

  • Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements
