Job Description

OK Immigration Inc. is led by a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) and provides professional guidance on higher education opportunities for multiple destinations, including Canada, the United Kingdom, the USA, Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, and Europe.

We serve prospective students from different countries and regions, including Bangladesh, the Middle East, and Romania. Our skilled team is committed to delivering ethical, transparent, and high-quality service to help international students achieve their academic goals.

We are looking for an experienced and professional Student Counselor to provide expert counseling and guidance to prospective students and their guardians regarding international higher education opportunities.

The remuneration package includes a monthly salary along with attractive commission for successful conversion of leads into enrollment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Cover the reception area and proactively engage with walk-in clients in a professional manner.
  • Respond to and follow up regularly with leads generated through digital channels, referrals, and other marketing activities.
  • Conduct comprehensive face-to-face, telephone, and online counseling sessions with prospective students and guardians.
  • Guide students and families on suitable study destinations, institutions, programs, admission requirements, English language requirements, study gap acceptance, financial requirements, and application timelines.
  • Assist potential clients in booking paid consultations with RCIC, where required.
  • Convert inquiries and leads to successful student enrollments to achieve assigned targets.
  • Guide students through the full application cycle, including course selection, application submission, preparation of different drafts, and study permit application support.
  • Maintain regular communication with students, guardians, universities, B2B partners, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on international education trends, scholarship opportunities, admission updates, and study permit-related compliance requirements.
  • Assist the digital marketing team with relevant updates and content ideas for promoting higher education pathways.
  • Share success stories, testimonials, and relevant updates to attract and engage potential clients.
  • Explore new opportunities, including new destinations, institutional partnerships, and service areas for OK Immigration Inc.
  • Collaborate with all departments to ensure smooth operations and high-quality client service.

Job Requirements

Age 22 to 30 yearsOnly Male Interested applicants must have:At least 1–2 years of experience in a similar position.Excellent communication skills, including professional verbal communication in English and Bangla.Effective written communication skills in English.Strong active listening, conflict resolution, cultural sensitivity, and inclusivity skills.Counseling knowledge of at least one destination among Canada, the UK, and New Zealand.Practical understanding of admission requirements, English language requirements, study gap acceptance, financial requirements, and general application processes.Applicants with destination knowledge of multiple countries will receive higher priority.Applicants with knowledge of study permit application documentation or drafting support for destinations such as Canada, the UK, New Zealand, or other countries will receive higher priority.Additional remuneration may be provided for each successful study permit application support file, according to company policy.Experience working with a CRM system will be considered an advantage.Strong ability to manage leads, follow-ups, student records, and application-stage communication will be preferred.
