Achieve monthly and yearly fish feed sales targets in the assigned area.
Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, dealers, and other stakeholders.
Manage and develop dealers in the assigned area/district and ensure timely payment recovery.
Provide technical services to farmers/customers regarding feed usage, fish health management, pond management, and best aquaculture practices.
Conduct regular farm visits, farmer meetings, and demonstrations to promote products, increase awareness, and generate sales.
Take initiatives to organize farmer training programs on farm management and best practices in aquaculture.
Collect and analyze farmer feedback, competitor activities, and market trends for reporting and strategy development.
Coordinate with supply chain/logistics to ensure timely product availability and delivery.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales and technical reports as per management requirements.
Explore new markets and support dealer expansion to increase fish feed sales coverage.
Minimum 1 years experience in Fish Feed Sales or Technical Services or both.Willingness to travel extensively in rural/field areas.Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
