Job Summary
The Sr. Executive/Asst. Manager, HR & Admin will be responsible for managing day-to-day human resource and administrative operations of the organization. The role requires strong communication skills, professional maturity, and the ability to maintain workplace discipline, employee accountability, and smooth office operations. The incumbent will play a key role in recruitment, employee management, attendance monitoring, policy implementation, and office administration.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resource Functions
* Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of employees.
* Coordinate manpower requirements with department heads and ensure timely hiring against approved vacancies.
* Maintain employee records, HR databases, personal files, and related documentation with confidentiality and accuracy.
* Monitor attendance, punctuality, leave records, and employee movements, ensuring compliance with company policies.
* Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and workplace guidelines across the organization.
* Support probation evaluations, confirmation processes, promotions, transfers, and separation procedures.
* Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace concerns in a professional and confidential manner.
* Draft HR-related letters, notices, warning letters, employment certificates, and other official documents.
* Coordinate employee engagement programs, team-building activities, and workplace initiatives.
* Support performance appraisal and KPI evaluation processes.
* Prepare regular HR reports, attendance summaries, and employee-related analytics for management review.
Administration Functions
* Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations of the office.
* Supervise office support staff, security personnel, housekeeping, and facility-related activities.
* Manage office assets, inventories, supplies, and procurement requirements.
* Coordinate maintenance of office equipment, utilities, and workplace facilities.
* Liaise with vendors, service providers, landlords, and external stakeholders for administrative support.
* Monitor office cleanliness, safety standards, and workplace discipline.
* Manage employee travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, transportation support, and related logistics when required.
* Maintain records of company assets and ensure proper utilization and safeguarding of organizational resources.
* Support management in organizing meetings, events, training sessions, and internal programs.
Compliance & Operational Support
* Ensure compliance with company policies, HR procedures, and Bangladesh Labor Law.
* Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and management review.
* Assist management in developing a professional, disciplined, and performance-driven work culture.
* Support organizational initiatives aimed at improving employee productivity, accountability, and workplace efficiency.
Age At least 25 years Fluency in English is a must.
