Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for non-management employees.
Conduct orientation programs for new employees covering company processes and policies, job responsibilities, working conditions, opportunities for promotion, and employee benefits.
Assist in payroll processing, maintain daily attendance and leave records, and verify Trip Allowance bills to ensure compliance with company policies.
Execute final settlements of employees and maintain all related documentation in accordance with labor laws.
Draft official letters, office notices, and communications concerning disciplinary actions and measures, in line with labor laws and company policies, in coordination with the Head Office.
Implement and monitor compliance requirements within the facility, ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-up.
Liaise with government and regulatory bodies to ensure full legal compliance of the facility.
Prepare and submit periodic reports on transport workforce matters, including recruitment, attendance, performance, and compliance.
Have in-depth knowledge of Bangladesh labor Act 2006, including the amendments and Bangladesh Labor Rules 2015.Have sound knowledge of MS Word & Excel.Have excellent communication skills both in English & Bangla.
