Abul Khair Group, one of the leading and most diversified business conglomerates in Bangladesh, is looking for dynamic, self-driven and result-oriented professionals for its Consumer Goods Division. This role offers the opportunity to build strong consumer brands, execute impactful marketing initiatives and contribute to the growth of Abul Khair Group`s Consumer Goods Division in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing brand initiatives.

• Coordinate ATL, BTL and digital marketing campaigns.

• Support new product launches and promotional activities.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

• Coordinate with sales teams, agencies and vendors.

• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.

• Conduct market visits to gather consumer and trade insights.

• Track marketing budgets and campaign performance.

• Support day-to-day brand operations and documentation.

Age At least 24 years Passionate about building and growing consumer brands.Results-driven with a strong ability to execute effectively.
