Job Description

Saic Professional Training Center (SPTC) is the sister concern of Saic Group. Saic Professional Training Center (SPTC) has already established a remarkable position in technical education, vocational education, short courses, long courses, various soft skills and hard skill training in Dhaka, Mymensingh, Bogura, Dinajpur and Jamalpur. The Chief Coordinator for short Technical Courses is responsible for overseeing the entire operational aspect of short term technical training programs, including planning, scheduling, recruitment of trainers, participate management, logistics. quality control and reporting ensuring smooth delivery and successful completion of each course. Now we are looking for a Chief Coordinator for Saic Professional Training Center (SPTC), Dhaka.

Job Descriptions:

Course Development and Planning:       

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop course curriculum and content for short courses aligned with industry needs.       

  • Design course structure, schedule and learning objectives.       

  • Create detailed course outlines, syllabus and training materials.

    Trainer Management:      

  • Recruit, interview and select qualified trainers for each course based on expertise and teaching experience.      

  • Conduct trainer orientations and provide ongoing support to ensure consistent quality of delivery.      

  • Manage trainer schedules and assignments.

    Participant Recruitment and Enrollment:       

  • Develop marketing strategies to promote short courses to potential participants.       

  • Manage the application process, including intake forms, eligibility checks and fee collection.       

  • Coordinate with relevant departments to identify potential trainees and promote course offerings.

    Logistics and Operations:       

  • Arrange training venues, equipment and necessary learning materials for each course.       

  • Manage course schedules, including timetables, breaks and class assignments.       

  • Coordinate with facility management for room set-up catering and technical support.

    Quality Assurance and Monitoring:      

  • Implement quality control measures to ensure course delivery standards are met.·       

  • Conduct regular evaluations of trainers and course content though student feedback and observation.·       

  • Monitor participant attendance and engagement throughout the course. 

    Reporting and Analysis:       

  • Track course metrics, including enrollment numbers completion rates, student evaluations and post-course outcomes.·       

  • Prepare comprehensive reports on course performance and identify areas for improvement.       

  • Analyze date to inform future course development and marketing strategies.

    Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate with internal departments (Marketing, Finance, IT) to facilitate smooth course execution.       

  • Maintain relationships with external partners, industry experts and potential sponsors.       

  • Address inquiries form participants and stakeholders regarding course details and logistics.

Job Requirements

Age At most 50 years Strong organization and project management skills to manage multiple courses simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with trainer’s participants and stakeholders.Detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy in planning, scheduling and record-keeping.Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals.Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.Proficiency in data analysis and report generation.     Proven experience incoordination training programs, preferable in a technical field.      Background in curriculum development or instructional design is beneficial.      Experienced in stakeholder management and building collaborative relationship.
