Job Description

Anowara Vocational Training Institute, a sister concern of Saic Group, is committed to providing high-quality technical and vocational education to equip students with practical skills for the job market. The institute seeks a dedicated Training Coordinator to contribute to its growth by enhancing training programs, ensuring industry relevance and fostering strong collaborations with stakeholders to improve employability outcomes.

  • Provide leadership and communication for the academic programs by developing, implementing, and monitoring the strategic plan and goals for academic program growth.

  • General Administration and supervision of teaching program.

  • Maintain quality of the training as per the guidelines of partners.

  • Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) and prepare proper planning for developing employees.

  • Regularly visit classroom to ensure proper quality of the Training Programs.

  • Prepare a report or proposal as per the guidelines of partners/ donor agencies.

  • Ensuring proper implementation and execution of training curriculum, syllabus, ordinance, rules and regulations while running both the academic and administrative activities.   

  • Ensure proper guidance and counseling of students.

  • Running and operating the Institution according to the organization’s Service Rules.

  • Conducting a gap analysis of the teaching staff and arranging training sessions according to the analysis, to enhance their performance.

  • Initiating Annual Confidential Report (ACR)/Annual Performance Report (APR) of all teaching faculties of the Institution.

  • Reporting to the Head Office time to time.

  • Developing academic calendar, action plans and class routines.

  • Preparation of a development proposal for the institution.

  • Supervise to ensuring 100% industrial experience through extensive networking and communication.

  • Performing public relations duties and assisting management, forming international linkages and developing a network globally.

  • Any other task assigned by the Management from time to time.

Job Requirements

Age At most 40 years Excellent command of communication skills in both Bangla and English and Excellent computer operating skills & conversant with MS Office package.Self-motivated, adaptable, a team player and a passion for social development work.     Ability and willingness to travel.
