Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging Bangla lessons for secondary school students according to the school curriculum
Teach Bangla language, grammar, literature, composition, and comprehension effectively
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, quizzes, class tests, and examination papers
Monitor students’ academic progress and provide support for improvement in reading, writing, and speaking skills
Encourage students to develop a strong understanding and appreciation of Bangla language and literature
Maintain a disciplined, positive, and interactive classroom environment
Prepare students for school examinations and other academic assessments
Keep accurate records of attendance, assessment results, and student progress
Participate in school meetings, parent communication, training sessions, and academic events as required
Support co-curricular and literary activities such as debates, recitation, writing competitions, and cultural programs

Job Requirements

Age 20 to 50 years Prior teaching experience in a school, especially at the secondary level, will be considered an advantagesStrong communication and presentation skillsGood classroom management abilityAbility to teach Bangla language, grammar, literature, and writing skills effectivelyAbility to explain lessons in a clear, engaging, and student-friendly wayStrong lesson planning, assessment, and report writing skillsAbility to motivate students and improve their reading, writing, and speaking skillsGood organizational and time management skillsProficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace and basic educational technology toolsTeamwork, professionalism, and a positive attitudeFluency in English will be considered an advantage
