About us:

Dev Care Foundation is a non-profitable voluntary registered organization in Bangladesh, working on health promotion & disease prevention, conducting research, and providing limited health care services. Dev Care Foundation has a centre to provide quality basic health care services on O. R. Nizam Road, Chattogram city.

About the role of the Medical Officer (Doctor):

The physician will work under the guidance of the executive committee of Dev Care Foundation as a team lead.
Team Leader to supervise and guide the GP centre team of nurses, medical assistant andrelated staff of the centre.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate, supervise, and implement assigned activities of clinical tasks for outpatient care together with the team
Support development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training materials & training the team.
Support and perform other tasks assigned by the Executive Committee of Dev Care Foundation

Job Requirements

Age 25 to 40 years Interest & work experience in community-based primary health care.Strong communication skills to teach procedures of prevention, health promotion, prescription advice, obtain informed consent, and provide training to the team membersCompetence in conducting health assessments and documentation using a computerPriority:Work experience in providing Quality Primary Health CareDesirable:Computer skill
