Core Challenges & Responsibilities:

  • P&L & Revenue Management: Take full ownership of the institution’s Profit and Loss (P&L). Set ambitious monthly and annual revenue targets and execute foolproof business strategies to achieve them at any cost.

  • Aggressive Business Development: Lead B2B corporate tie-ups by directly negotiating and closing profitable agreements with corporate houses, banks, insurance companies, local NGOs, and other healthcare facilities.

  • Doctor Relationship & PR: Build and sustain a robust network with specialist doctors, consultants, and referral partners to ensure a steady and growing patient flow for diagnostic and clinical services.

  • Zero-Tolerance Operations: Ensure 100% discipline in the daily operations of the diagnostic center and healthcare facility. Coordinate seamlessly among doctors, nurses, technicians, and admin staff to ensure a flawless, patient-first environment with zero unresolved complaints.

  • Brand & Performance Marketing: Position 'Apon Healthcare' as a trusted and premium brand in the local and digital market. Spearhead data-driven marketing campaigns, health camps, and promotional events to maximize brand visibility and footfall.

Job Requirements
