About the Role: Bombay Sweets & Co. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic, results-driven Corporate Sales professional to join our expanding Frozen & Dairy division. If you have a proven track record of breaking into B2B markets, building institutional relationships, and driving revenue growth in the FMCG sector, we want to hear from you.

You will be responsible for identifying new corporate clients, managing institutional accounts (hotels, restaurants, cafes, corporate offices, and institutions), and expanding our frozen and dairy product footprint.

Key Responsibilities

  • B2B Client Acquisition: Identify, pitch to, and onboard new corporate clients, institutional buyers, and HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, Cafe) accounts for our Frozen & Dairy product lines.
  • Account Management: Maintain and deepen relationships with existing corporate accounts to ensure high retention, repeat orders, and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual corporate sales volume and revenue targets.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to identify new business opportunities.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Handle end-to-end sales cycles, from initial cold calling and product demonstrations to contract negotiation, pricing agreements, and credit management.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with the supply chain, logistics, and quality assurance teams to ensure timely delivery and seamless service to corporate clients.

Job Requirements

Age 22 to 38 yearsOnly Male B2B Sales, specifically within the FMCG sector.         Minimum 2 years of active experience in Corporate Sales /B2B Sales, specifically within the FMCG sector. Experience in Frozen Food, Dairy, or Food Service industries is highly preferred.        Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.         Excellent communication skills in both Bengali and English.        Proven ability to navigate corporate hierarchies and close B2B deals.       Self-motivated with a strong result-oriented mindset.
