Job Description

Checking and verifying of Supplier’s bill, Construction bill, Cash Payment, and different types of voucher as well.
Visit factory frequently to conduct routine audit work and examine whether the operation process and other work is being performed according to the management guidelines.
Analysis of Inventory Management System and Verification of physical stock at factories and depots and regional offices on a regular basis.
Checking and verifying of material and service procurement system and proper documentation as per company policy.
Conduct pre-audit and post-audit on regular basis and report the observations on a specific timeline.
Check the accuracy of Bank Reconciliation and report on a timely manner.
Identification of operational risk, business risk and other significant risk areas and cooperate to develop related control.
Ensuring accuracy of financial and operational information.
Evaluating reliability and validity of financial, accounting, operational and other data and report accordingly.
Support the development of internal control by giving special review on the operational process.
Review the existing operational policies and identify the weakness and communicate to the superior management.
Review, development and implementation of audit standard in order to enhancement of operational efficiency.
VAT and Tax related compliance checking.
Perform any other task as assigned by the superior management time to time.
