Job Context

We are looking for a smart, energetic, and confident Female Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate should be well-spoken, presentable, and capable of guiding clients professionally. She will play a key role in understanding client needs, providing accurate information about our services, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

Communicate with clients in person, over the phone, and through digital platforms
Understand client needs and provide appropriate consultancy services
Maintain and update client records and ensure regular follow-ups
Assist clients with required documentation and application processes
Clearly explain service details to prospective clients in a professional manner
Coordinate with the marketing and operations team for smooth service delivery
Attend meetings, training sessions, and company events as required
