Market garment trims & accessories (elastic, narrow fabrics, etc.) to existing and potential customers.
Develop new business opportunities and expand market share through customer visits and lead generation.
Maintain strong relationships with buyers and ensure repeat business through regular follow-up.
Conduct customer meetings and product presentations with catalogs and samples.
Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing with customers and vendors based on costing.
Coordinate with sampling, production, planning, and logistics teams to ensure timely order execution.
Track orders from confirmation to shipment and ensure on-time delivery.
Assist in LC collection, payment follow-up, and commercial documentation.
Maintain proper records of orders, approvals, and correspondence.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support business strategy.
Prepare periodic sales reports and performance updates for management.
Support annual sales planning, target setting, and key buyer relationship management.
3–6 years of experience in sales/marketing of garment trims, accessories, or textile-related products.Experience in buyer handling, order follow-up, and international or export-oriented garment accessories industry preferred.Experience in costing, negotiation, and customer management will be an advantage.
