Manage and respond to customer inquiries via inbox, calls, and social media
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions promptly

Maintain customer records and follow-up regularly
Convert customer inquiries into sales and achieve sales targets
Upsell and cross-sell products based on customer needs
