Job Description

Assist to increase production efficiency with quality standards through developing production process/techniques.
Execute production plan for maximum production efficiency & monitor the M/Cs performance.
Ensure pre-production meeting with production team in every new order.
Follow up the order sheet according to color and quantity before preparing production schedule for printing.
Line balancing should be done every day morning.
Ensure daily production targets are achieved on the sewing floor
Liaison among different section of the factory.

Job Requirements

Age At least 23 years 0 - 1 years of experience in related field for Asst. Production OfficerTeam building, enthusiastic, innovative and result oriented Keen knowledge about operation breakdown or machine layout.Strong knowledge about bottleneck point, line balancing, SMV efficiency and sample making.Ability to ensure quick changeover and analyze & assess product risks, critical operations, quality issues in advance before production.Willing to stay beside factory at own accordWell conversant in MS-Office
