Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law, Buyer Code of Conduct, and company policies.
Complement internal, external, social, and compliance audits.
Maintain all compliance-related documents and records properly.
Monitor working hours, overtime, leave, attendance, and disciplinary procedures.
Assist in corrective action plan (CAP) preparation and follow-up.
Coordinate with different departments regarding compliance issues.
Ensure workplace safety, fire safety, and environmental compliance requirements.
Assist in maintaining valid licenses, certificates, and statutory documents.
Conduct regular factory inspections and report non-compliance issues.
Ensure all welfare activities as per law-2006 and company’s policies.
Conducting the awareness program on rules and regulations, compliance issues, health and safety; first aid, etc.
Conducting worker’s awareness & training program.
Counseling female workers on a regular basis.
Ensuring a friendly workplace.
Collecting the worker’s grievances and taking appropriate measures.
Ensuring a hygienic atmosphere in the workplace.
Keeping official records on welfare management.
Taking care of female workers, especially pregnant workers.
Any other tasks assigned by the Management.
Age 25 to 35 yearsOnly Female Knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law and compliance standards.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle employee issues professionally.Basic knowledge of audit procedures and documentation.Good report writing and documentation skills.
