Coordinate ERP implementation, customization, upgrades, and integration activities.
Ensure proper system configuration according to business requirements.
Analyze ERP-related issues and provide timely solutions.
Provide technical support to ERP users across all departments.
Conduct ERP user training and prepare user manuals/SOPs.
Assist employees in resolving software and system-related issues.
Ensure user access control and permission management.
Maintain ERP database accuracy, backup, and security.
Generate MIS, operational, and management reports from ERP systems.
Coordinate with management for report automation and dashboard development.
Monitor data integrity and resolve data inconsistencies.
Work with software vendors and developers for ERP enhancement and troubleshooting.
Coordinate with departments to gather system requirements.
Support integration between ERP and other software platforms.
Recommend process improvements through automation and technology solutions.
Support overall IT operations including hardware, networking, printers, and software issues when required.
Ensure cybersecurity practices and system safety compliance.
Monitor server and system performance related to ERP operations.
Maintain proper documentation of ERP processes, configurations, licenses, and IT assets.
Ensure compliance with company IT policies and data security standards.
Prepare periodic ERP performance and issue reports for management.

Age 30 to 45 yearsOnly Male 7 to 10 years’ experience in Garments ERP, Garments Domain and Software Development. Experience with Garments ERP systems and apparel manufacturing processes.Experience leading teams through full development and implementation lifecycle of ERP solutions.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Good understanding and work with databases, API, data structures, and integration processes.Excellent communication skills (ability to present and explain technical concepts clearly).Customer service mindset (patience, responsiveness to end-users).Ability to map business processes to ERP functionalities.Understanding data security, compliance, and audit requirements.
