- The Medical Officer will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care and ensuring smooth clinical operations across the OPD, IPD, and special units.
- Provide medical consultation and treatment to OPD & IPD patients
- Perform clinical assessment, patient examination, diagnosis, and documentation
- Manage patient counseling, follow-up, and patient dealings professionally
- Handle emergency situations and coordinate with senior consultants when required
- Participate in ward rounds and maintain proper patient records
- Assist in managing Special Units as assigned by management
- Participate actively in medical camps and outdoor healthcare activities
- Maintain proper communication with nurses and other healthcare professionals
- Ensure patient safety, hygiene, and confidentiality standards
- Attend duty rosters, emergency calls, and on-call responsibilities as required
- Participate in academic sessions, CME programs, and internal training
- Carry out additional responsibilities assigned by the hospital authority.
